How to use:

  1. Warm your cast iron in a low oven (around 90C) for 30 minutes.

  2. Using a soft cloth (lint free), sparingly apply Ironbee to the cookware in an even, thin layer

  3. Using a second, clean soft cloth, wipe off as much as you can - the thinner the remaining layer the better

  4. Crank the oven up to around 200C and place the cast iron onto the middle shelf for one hour

  5. Turn oven off and let the pan cool slowly until you can touch it

  6. Repeat the process 3 times for perfectly seasoned cookware

For daily maintenance after each time you cook, simply wash your pan with hot soapy water (yes, it's safe!) and thoroughly dry. Heat gently on the hob for a few minutes and apply a very thin layer of Ironbee to the cooking surface then wipe clean with kitchen roll.

Congratulations! You've successfully seasoned your cast iron cookware. With proper care and regular use, your cast iron skillet or pan will become a cherished kitchen tool that only gets better with time. Happy cooking!
